Principal's Message

Dear El Roble Caregivers,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! As we prepare to embark on another exciting journey of learning and growth, I want to extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to you and your family.

The start of a new school year is always a time of anticipation and optimism. Our dedicated team of educators and staff welcomed your children back and to support their academic, social, and emotional development. This year, we are focused on building upon the successes of last year while introducing new initiatives that will enrich our students' learning experiences.

The CUSD Commitment outlines six focus areas that drive the direction of our district. Here are a few areas of focus for the upcoming year:

1.  Academic Achievement and Instruction: Our continued focus on school curriculum will ensure it is comprehensive, engaging and designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills they need for future success.

2.  Parent and Community Engagement: We believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential for student success. We will be hosting various events throughout the year to keep you informed and involved in your child’s education.

3.  Student and Staff Safety: The well-being of our students and staff remains a top priority. We will continue to implement measures to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

4.  Supporting the Whole Child: We are excited to offer a range of extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports to help students explore their interests and develop new skills outside the classroom.

Your involvement and support are crucial to our shared goal of providing the best educational experience possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. Together, we can make this school year one of the best yet!

Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. We look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and success.

Warm regards,

Richard McAlindin
