Rewards
just as there are consequences/penalties for students who choose not to follow the rules, there are rewards for those who choose to abide by the rules. At El Roble, we appreciate students who are good citizens.
Some of our special programs for these special students include:

Positive Referrals become part of the cumulative record.

Achievement/Service Awards At the end of the school year students are recognized for achievement and service to school. Special certificates and plaques are awarded to deserving students.

Student of the Month Breakfast Students are nominated for this award by their teachers. Students who are selected will be invited to attend a presentation and a small breakfast with their parents at El Roble.
Individual teachers also have special ways to recognize students who are outstanding citizens in their classes. All of these programs are our way of saying "Thanks!" to our good citizens.
