Winter Update from Dr. Callella, Interim Principal at El Roble

Dear El Roble Families,

As the winter break draws near, I am excited to connect with you. I am Trisha Callella, and I have proudly served as your Interim Principal at El Roble Intermediate School since October 2023 and will continue to serve in this role for the remainder of the school year. It's an honor to be a part of this exceptional community, and I am committed to ensuring a year filled with learning, growth, and positive experiences for our students.

In the spirit of continuity and stability, I want to reassure you that our school remains steadfast in its dedication to providing a high-quality educational environment. Our focus is on academic achievement and nurturing every aspect of our students' development. This commitment aligns seamlessly with The CUSD Commitment, our district's strategic plan, which champions academic excellence, inclusivity, student well-being, and community engagement.

The CUSD Commitment underscores our dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive atmosphere where each child can thrive. We strive to offer a well-rounded educational experience that encompasses intellectual growth and social, emotional, and creative development.

This year, we will continue to build on these foundations, ensuring that every student at El Roble receives the support and opportunities they need to succeed. We aim to create a learning environment where each child feels valued, challenged, and supported.

I invite you to stay engaged with our school's journey. Your insights, involvement, and feedback are invaluable to us. Please feel free to contact me with any thoughts or concerns.

As we approach this holiday season, I extend my warmest wishes to you and your families. May this break offer you joy, relaxation, and cherished time with loved ones.

I look forward to a wonderful Spring Semester at El Roble Intermediate School.

Warm regards,

Dr. Trisha Callella

Interim Principal
